For the production method of refractory bricks, fused cast, and sintering are the two most common types. Sintered refractory bricks are made of high-quality refractory raw materials and are densified and combined at high temperatures. The sintering process is generally carried out under high-temperature conditions of 1400°C to 1600°C. During the sintering process, the refractory raw materials are gradually heated in the furnace until the required temperature is reached. The binding substances between the raw material particles begin to melt, forming a liquid adhesive phase similar to glass. This adhesive phase binds the raw material particles together. Together, they form a hard, dense, and unbreakable sintered body. The characteristics of sintered refractory bricks are high density, high compressive strength, good heat resistance, good chemical inertness, etc.
