Combustion process

Waste is pretreated through selecting, crushing, and drying. Large pieces and noncombustible materials are eliminated. After pretreating, wastes enter the first combustion chamber in batches according to the specified time.

Waste are processed by drying, thermal decomposition afterburing with controlled intake. Ashes and small particles that don’t break down exhaust out of the oven through the ash discharge device.

Flue and gas generated during the drying and thermal decomposition enter the secondary chamber.

The combustible gas is fully decomposed at more than 850° C for 2 seconds before being discharged to the subsequent treatment process.

The high temperature gas discharged from the secondary combustion chamber can effectively overcome the secondary synthesis condition of dioxins from 850℃ to 180℃ in 2s under the action of the smoke quench tower. Secondly, under the action of special nozzle atomization, synchronous desulfurization and denitrification are carried out

The desulphurized gas cooled by the quench tower passes through the role of a cyclone dust collector to effectively separate the particles in the gas and the large particles generated in the process of deacidification.

After the discharged flue gas through the high temperature pulse bag dust collector effectively absorbs the residual dust in the gas, small particles attached to the above heavy metals, dioxins, and other components, effectively ensuring that the exhaust gas treatment standards.

Under the action of the centrifugal fan, the flue gas filtered by the bag filter is discharged by the discharge chimney.
