Tips For Incinerator refractory repair

The repair of the inner wall of the incinerator is mainly divided into the following methods:

  1.  Stir the cement slurry evenly and scrape it directly: Mix an appropriate amount of cement slurry with an appropriate amount of water, stir it evenly apply it directly on the wall surface, and wait for it to dry.
  2. Use acid and alkali-resistant bricks to re-pave joints in the cracked and burnt parts. When the inner wall of the incinerator is found to be damaged, acid and alkali-resistant bricks can be used to repair it. The damaged furnace wall material must be completely cut off and re-seated.
  3. Add sharp angles or specific patterns that are difficult to polish inside the oven.
