  1. High strength and good wear resistance to resist the wear of solid materials and the erosion of hot air flow.
  2. Good volume stability and acid resistance to resist erosion by acidic substances in the furnace.
  3. Good thermal shock resistance to resist material damage caused by changes in furnace temperature.
  4. Good resistance to CO erosion to avoid furnace lining cracking caused by CO erosion.
  5. Good constructability (indeterminate shape).
  6. Good heat resistance and insulation.

Tips For Incinerator refractory repair

The repair of the inner wall of the incinerator is mainly divided into the following methods:

  1.  Stir the cement slurry evenly and scrape it directly: Mix an appropriate amount of cement slurry with an appropriate amount of water, stir it evenly apply it directly on the wall surface, and wait for it to dry.
  2. Use acid and alkali-resistant bricks to re-pave joints in the cracked and burnt parts. When the inner wall of the incinerator is found to be damaged, acid and alkali-resistant bricks can be used to repair it. The damaged furnace wall material must be completely cut off and re-seated.
  3. Add sharp angles or specific patterns that are difficult to polish inside the oven. At this time, it is necessary to apply a layer of cement on the inner wall of the incinerator and then repair it with the help of a mold. The pattern on the mold needs to be carved before the cement is completely dry.

  1.  Select appropriate repair materials: Commonly used repair materials for the inner wall of the incinerator include high alumina cement, ceramic glue, acid, alkali-resistant bricks, etc. When selecting materials, consider their characteristics and the environment in which they will be used.
  2. For parts that are difficult to repair or furnace walls that are seriously damaged, you need to seek professional help.
  3. Be careful when repairing: pay attention to the proportion when mixing cement slurry; when laying joints, each brick joint must be beaten evenly, and pay attention to the horizontality and verticality.
